| The AAXIS China team now has added an additional 24 "ATG Certified Developers" to staff. This rigorous certification by ATG requires 6 months plus of ATG development experience. As the technical strength of the AAXIS China team grows, so does strength as an ATG strategic partner. |
| AAXIS has obtained a software copyright for the ACX Software Platform. This platform was a joint effort between the AAXIS China and US offices. |
AAXIS China launched its yearly university internship initiative. AAXIS collaborated with several prominent universities namely:
- University of Electronic Science and Technology of China
- Sichuan University
- University of Information Technology
- Southwest Petroleum University
AAXIS China Chief Administration Officer, Mr. Lee Chen, personally led the activities providing an overview of the AAXIS Group to university candidates. After a very competitive selection process, 13 students were awarded an internship. Of these candidates, those that pass the internship performance appraisal will be extended an offer to join AAXIS China. This intense recruiting effort and search to find the best talent has been one of the key factors in AAXIS China’s success. |

| AAXIS China's first set of staff were sent onsite to the United States and South America for direct work on projects. This exchange program was put in place to improve all aspects of cooperation and knowledge transfer for AAXIS consultants. Involvement of these consultants throughout the whole project lifecycle abroad adds to the cultivation of talent. |
| The Staff Club of AAXIS China was officially founded. The aim of this club is to promote employee wellness, strengthen teamwork, and maintain the "work hard and enjoy life" philosophy that AAXIS advocates. The first two established groups are basketball and football clubs. Other sports and health-oriented clubs are planned for the future. |

| A team of volunteers led by the AAXIS China management headed to Du Jiang Yan to assist farmers in the quake hit area. The team assisted farmers in harvesting Brassica Chinensis and cultivating corn crops. Helping with the reconstruction of a quake hit area is one way that exemplifies AAXIS China’s social commitment. |
| AAXIS China was able to make two key strategic hires. AAXIS welcomes PMO Manager Ivan Yin and Solution Architect Martin Zhang. These two individuals fill two critical roles within the organizational structure. |

Nitin More joins AAXIS Group as Director of Enterprise Solutions. Prior to AAXIS, Mr. More was Director of Solutions Architecture at Tavant Technologies in Santa Clara, CA focused on custom applications development for Tavant's clients. Mr. More led a team of about 20 onsite developers and 80+ offshore developers. Mr. More brings over 20 years of experience in software development. He has worked with start-ups and several well known companies like Sun Microsystems and Netscape Communications. He has an MS degree in Computer Science and a BS degree in Computer Science from the prestigious IIT Kanpur in India. more... |

| Lee Chen joins AAXIS Group as Chief Administration Officer. Lee was the Director heading the EDS Global Development Center in China with a large staff. Prior to EDS, Lee was a founding member and EVP at MphasiS. Lee was responsible for major financial service clients with offshore teams in India and China. Prior to MphasiS, Lee spent 12 years at Citigroup Development Center in various technical and business management positions. Lee's last responsibility was leading the creation of the Citibank internet banking platform. This multi-unit project spanned over the US and Asia. ARthur R. Flew, a senior executive with deep international experience, joined AAXIS Group. Mr. Flew was one of the original investors and founders of MphasiS and MsourcE; Companies that provided offshore software and business process outsourcing services from India, China and Mexico. These combined companies were sold to EDS in the end of 2006. Prior to this, Mr. Flew spent 20 years with CitiGroup in various management positions. He served as Global Head of Technology, Operations, Control and Logistics for The Citibank Private Bank out of Zurich, Switzerland, as well as SCOO for Switzerland, Head of International Fund Operations and Technology out of Luxembourg and Head of Operations and Technology for the International Trust Companies. His last few years at Citi were as Executive Vice President for Global Product Development and Technology for Diners Club International.
